Our Team
Five Sticks is a family owned and operated company founded by siblings Jacqueline Cafaro, Chris Cafero and Nick Cafero. (Yes, Jacqueline's married name is Cafaro. Long story. No relation. We checked.)
Together, we have five decades of experience in the entertainment and financial industries. Our combined skills and strengths make us uniquely suited to discover and develop exceptional stories, and cultivate and collaborate with world-class creators.

Chris Cafero is an actor, writer, producer and director based in Los Angeles. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University. He has been acting professionally for over 20 years. Chris Cafero is an actor, writer, producer and director based in Los Angeles. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University. He has been acting professionally for over 20 years. MAISEL (Amazon Prime), THE OTHER TWO (HBOMax), CHICAGO FIRE (NBC), BULL (CBS), BILLIONS (Showtime), and many more.
Over the past decade, he has produced over 100 live shows, including sold-out runs in Los Angeles, NYC, Boston, and Toronto. Along with his brother Nick, he co-produced and starred in the hit fiction podcast The Royals of Malibu (#1 Worldwide Fiction Podcast, 2023).
In 2023, Chris was named a Just For Laughs New Face of Comedy. He has performed and produced with the Netflix is a Joke Festival, Just For Laughs Festival, New York Comedy Festival, Austin SketchFest and others. He is a founding member, writer, performer and managing director of UNCLE FUNCTION, 'one of NYC's premier sketch comedy troupes' (BroadwayWorld.com).

Jacqueline has extensive experience in the fields of finance and fiduciary marketing, having spent over a decade working for a variety of financial institutions, including E-Trade, Merrill Lynch and Dewey LeBoeuf.

She earned a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia, graduating with honors. She also holds an Masters in Clinical Social Work from Boston College.
In addition to her work with Five Sticks, Jacqueline is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) specializing in child and parent counseling.
She is based in Wellesley, MA, where she lives with her husband and two children.

He is also a proud yet sad member of the Dead Pilot Soc
Nick is an actor, writer, and producer based in Los Angeles, with over a 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He performs live comedy throughout Los Angeles, including on-stage at The Groundlings’ Theatre and UCB.
In his role as a producer, Nick successfully co-produced and starred in the hit fiction podcast The Royals of Malibu (#1 Worldwide Fiction Podcast, 2023).
Nick has performed for audiences around the country, recorded four studio albums, met and sang for President and First Lady Obama multiple times. He also co-wrote and sold a musical-comedy pilot based on his college a cappella experience, executive produced by Jack Black.
